Open Program and Sleepover at Blutenburg
Night of the Library 2025
In 2025, the German Library Association's “Night of the Libraries” will take place nationwide for the first time. Under the motto “Knowledge. Share. Discover”, small and large libraries across the country will be opening their doors and inviting visitors to discover their diverse offerings. Of course we'll be there!
On this day, the children's library is open until 8 p.m.
There will be an open evening program of readings for children aged between 5 and 12 and you can get creative again in the Malstudio.
From 8 p.m. we will close the castle gates and children age 10 to 12 will have the unique opportunity to spend the night in the library, roll out their sleeping mats between the shelves, read and listen to stories and be surprised by what our castle ghost gets up to after closing time. Attention: Only limited places!
