8th White Ravens Festival for International Children & Youth Literature

From 13 - 17 July 2025, the 8th White Ravens Festival for International Children's and Young Adult Literature will take place at Blutenburg Castle and throughout Bavaria in schools, libraries, museums, youth and cultural centres, bookshops and many other locations.

For five days, authors from Germany and abroad will read from their children's and young adult books, lead workshops and writing workshops and talk about themselves and their work in panel discussions. The focus will be on encounters between the international guests and the mostly young audience.
